These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NomadsCloth website, online store, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, user accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Services without our permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Services without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

To place orders or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

All products are print-on-demand and custom-made when you place an order. We strive to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact appearance of the physical product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, involve unauthorized payment, or contain pricing errors. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discounts are subject to specific terms and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software — is the property of NomadsCloth or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our prior written consent. The NomadsCloth name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of NomadsCloth and may not be used without permission.

We process payments through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method for the full amount of your order, including shipping and applicable taxes.

We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NomadsCloth and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NomadsCloth, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Printful for fulfillment). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. You use them at your own risk.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
